Content & curriculum
The executive office is not simply a traditional secretarial function. It is a coordination, information and follow-up hub that protects senior-management time and supports better decisions. This program develops the professional systems required to manage priorities, executive schedules, correspondence, meetings, documents, relationships, visits, confidentiality and action follow-up through completion.
Across 24 applied training hours, participants work with realistic cases and ready-to-use templates. Each participant develops a mini executive-office operating system covering priorities and scheduling, correspondence, meetings, document control, visits, confidentiality, follow-up and performance indicators.
