Withdrawal & refund policy
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance:
- Refund: 100% of the paid amount.
- Alternative option: Full amount converted to credit, valid for use within 30 days.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours:
- Deduction fees: 25% of the canceled days' value as a cancellation fee.
- Refunded/Rolled-over amount: 75% of the remaining value will be refunded to you or transferred as credit.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance:
- Deduction fees: 50% of the canceled days' value as a cancellation fee.
- Refunded/Rolled-over amount: 50% of the remaining value will be refunded to you or transferred as credit.
