Site Engineer

Role overview

Monopoly HR & Recruitment is accepting applications on behalf of a client company specialising in exterior finishing and cladding.


Key responsibilities:

• Supervise site execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

• Review architectural and execution drawings and coordinate site requirements.

• Monitor contractors, technicians, materials, quantities, and daily progress.

• Identify execution conflicts and coordinate practical solutions with the technical team.

• Prepare daily and periodic progress reports and document completed work.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

• Coordinate handover, snagging, and corrective actions.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.

• At least three years of relevant site experience.

• Strong command of AutoCAD and the ability to read and review execution drawings.

• Practical knowledge of exterior finishing, façades, cladding, materials, measurements, and site coordination.

• Strong organisation, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work full-time and manage field responsibilities professionally.
